Allergy to the cats

A report published in the Newspaper of Alergia and Clinical Inmunología (the U.S.A.) that found the drug zafirlukast, which can help to reduce the symptoms of the asthma induced by cats. In the study, half of the people with cat-induced asthma administered zafirlukast during one week, and the other patients received placebo, soon all the patients were exposed to a high concentration of alérgenos of cats.  The people who had taken zafirlukast could breathe well and be in contact with the enemy with the alérgenos by a period of longer time, before experiencing more severe symptoms.
